Our online ordering process is super easy! For our standard catering, u can click on the "Order Catering Now" button to get the party started.

Good question. We know our menu is unique so this should help:

Standard catering = We pack our global flavors in pans with protein, sauces, and toppings altogether (but steamed buns are separate) so that all ur guests need to do is fill their buns.

Yes, we can accommodate these requests. However, additional fees will apply due to the extra labor and materials needed (on top of the 20% service fee for all catering orders).

A customization fee of 20% will apply for “Bao Bar” requests and an automatic 18% gratuity will be added for pre-assembled buns (Note: this option is only available for bookings onsite @ SteelCraft LB and assembly must occur during non-peak service hours).

Depending on details, we might be able to accommodate. We’d luv our Buns to be a part of ur special event, but we are no longer able to do onsite pop-ups. Please fill out the contact form below with all details available. We’ll respond within 72 hours!

We would appreciate 5 days' notice when possible since we'll need time to order additional food and prep it. If u have a request for sooner, we may still be able to accommodate ur order. Shoot us a text at 562-380-3843 and we’ll see what we can do!

If ur using the "Order Catering Now" button, we’re happy to accept your order up to 30 days in advance. But we luv far-in-advance plans, too! As long as ur plans are firm, we’ll get our plan in motion, too.

Yes to both! For standard orders from our catering menu, ur order can be ready for pick up at SteelCraft Long Beach (3768 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807) or we can deliver to u via a 3rd-party delivery service at ur requested day/time (as long as it’s not in the past… we haven’t figured out time travel yet. YET.) Delivery fees will apply.

For our vegetarian & plant-based friends, most of our buns are available as a plant-based option! Just check out our menu details to see which ones can be made plant-based (NOTE: we use a shared fryer).

For those with food allergies, please be aware that food prepared in our kitchen may contain or come in contact with various allergens. We want to keep u safe, so if u or someone in ur party has a food allergy, please notify us before u place an order. U can review our full list of which ingredients contain allergens through our allergens table.
